4. Orders and Booking

Orders are confirmed once payment is received or COD is verified.

For bikes, booking confirmation may require partial or full payment.

MotoHaven reserves the right to cancel fraudulent or incomplete orders.
5. Delivery and Pickup

Accessories: 3–7 working days delivery.

Motorbikes: 5–10 working days depending on model and location.

Customers may choose in-store pickup where available.

Customers must provide accurate shipping details to avoid delays.
6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Bikes can only be returned in cases of major defect upon delivery and inspection.
