At MotoHaven Bikes, we want to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to be transparent and fair.


1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.


2. Bikes Return Policy

  • Motorbikes are eligible for return or replacement only in case of major manufacturing defects, verified upon delivery or pickup.

  • Once registered or used, bikes are not eligible for return.


3. Accessories Return Policy

  • Accessories can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

  • Used or installed accessories are not eligible.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized bikes or accessories

  • Used, registered, or altered bikes

  • Clearance or promotional items


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send clear photos or videos to info@motohaven.store

  • Verified claims will be resolved with replacement or refund at no cost to the customer.


6. Refund Methods

  • EasyPaisa & JazzCash: Refund in 5–7 working days

  • COD Orders: Refund issued through EasyPaisa or JazzCash

  • Refunds are made to the original payer only.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the error is ours (defect, wrong item), MotoHaven covers shipping.

  • If returned due to personal reasons (change of mind), the customer covers shipping.


8. Inspection Process

All returned products undergo inspection before approval. Refunds or replacements are issued only after verification.


9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch or processing.

  • Once shipped or booked, bike orders may be subject to cancellation fees.
